Conestoga College Virtual Tour

Bloom is a student-run, upscale, full service, licensed dining experience located in the Waterloo Campus. Hospitality and Culinary Arts students operate the dining room as part of their curriculum and the restaurant serves exquisite 2 and 3 course meals. The menu items are prepared and served by aspiring Chefs and Restaurant Managers studying in the hospitality and culinary arts programs. Students gain real life experience applying the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom through their time at Bloom.
